Golspie (SR:72, 11/4) is joint-top on ability alongside Luan yet carries only 9-6 — 1lb less than Luan (9-5 is actually lighter, but Golspie's SR edge combined with the market steam is the decisive factor). The 50% market support (in50%) is the standout signal in this field: with trainer Patrick Morris running two horses here, the stable has clearly identified Golspie as the yard's #1 over stablemate Cavalry Call (80/1, drifting 62%), and the money has followed. Course:W0P1 at Southwell adds familiarity. The main concern is GoingFit:- on today's Good going and a mark 1lb above last win, but at a Class 6 level the SR advantage and the weight of market confidence override those reservations.
