Davy Crockett (SR 91, 5/2) is the highest-rated horse in this 17-runner qualifier field by a meaningful margin over Delta (SR 95 but drifting) and carries 11-4 — the joint-highest weight alongside Blue Train, but his SR justifies it comfortably. He arrives with a winning debut (Form:1), Course:W1P1 at Listowel which is a significant advantage on a specialist track, and crucially the market has shortened 14% since opening — Willie Mullins and Patrick Mullins (33% jockey strike rate) pairing up in a bumper-style qualifier is a formidable combination. The GoingFit:? is the one uncertainty, but good ground is neutral territory and Mullins wouldn't be running him here without confidence. Each-way alternative: Quinta Do Lago.
