Mr Fox says

Fuusland (SR 148, 11/4) represents the second-highest SR in the field but crucially is trained by Gordon Elliott (18% career strike rate, 4054 runners) and ridden by Jack Kennedy (22% career strike rate) — the most powerful connections by a considerable margin. The 15% market shortening is a clear signal that informed money has arrived. While GoingFit:- is a concern, the form of U45 shows a horse that has at least competed in hurdle races, and the weight advantage over Little Ginger (11-4 vs 11-12, an 8lb pull) is decisive. Elliott and Kennedy do not turn up at a €9,600 maiden hurdle at Downpatrick without a plan, and the market is endorsing that strongly. Each-way alternative: Young Doran. Main danger: Young Doran — Young Doran has the highest SR in the field at 152 with proven GoingFit:+ on today's good ground, and while the 17% market drift is a concern, a 7lb amateur claim on 11-4 and cheekpieces fitted for the first time could sharpen a horse whose form of 239 shows scope for improvement.
