Katios Queen (SR:162, 15/8) matches the favourite's SR but brings meaningful advantages the price reflects: Course:W1P1 at Fontwell is a concrete edge in a 6-runner maiden, Dan Skelton's 22% strike rate is identical to Harry Cobden's but Skelton's yard is deploying a horse dropping three classes (ClassMv:↓3) with market support (Mkt:in5%), not drift. The favourite Emerald Quest (SR:162, 4/7) has drifted 7% since opening (Mkt:out7%), has been off 189 days, runs in a tongue-tie for the first time (HG:t — first-time headgear often signals a problem being corrected rather than improvement), and its form string '3/14-' shows a blank last run. Katios Queen's form '133-' is consistent placed form over two recent seasons, and at 15/8 versus 4/7, there is real value opposing a drifting favourite with a course-proven, well-backed rival at over double the price.
